illycaffé has partnered with Florida-based specialty coffee machine operator Reliant Coffee to introduce its coffee at ‘premium lifestyle destinations’ across the US. 
 

The Italian coffee roaster is seeking to meet increasing consumer demand for premium coffee at select retail and hospitality locations, including luxury car dealerships, residential buildings, high-end offices and hotels. 

“Premium lifestyle destinations such as auto dealerships are recognising the opportunity to support a first-class customer experience through illy coffee. Consumers continue to raise the bar when it comes to expectations including their coffee, and we continue to grow our leadership position by providing solutions and products for wide spectrum of hospitality environments,” said Jack Edwards, President, illycaffè North America.    

In November 2022, illycaffé credited the recovery of out-of-home coffee consumption for driving its 15% revenue growth in the first nine months of 2022. The coffee roaster said sales in its key US market increased 32% over the period. 

Established in 2017, Reliant Coffee says it offers hospitality grade automatic coffee machines which ‘transform bean to cup with barista quality levels’. 

The company, which has offices in Florida and Chicago, also distributes Lavazza coffee machines nationwide.
