Dunkin’ has enlisted the support of Leeds-based Punch Creative to support the brand’s next phase of growth plans in the UK, where it currently operates 25 stores.

The creative content agency will work with Dunkin’ UK to increase brand awareness and popularity within the UK market, with honed social media management to improve online brand interaction and a new PR campaign to capitalise on a succession of new Dunkin’ outlet openings.

“Punch won us over with their energy at every stage of the pitch process. They really got under the skin of the brand and demonstrated an excellent understanding of our vision for the future. Their bold creative ideas coupled with their strategic, objective-driven approach make them the perfect partner for us as we enter our next phase of growth,” said Michael Johnstone, head of operations at Dunkin’ UK.

Dunkin’, which rebranded in 2018 to focus more on the coffee side of its business, currently has 25 locations in the UK, predominantly in the North West of England.

The US company re-entered the UK market in 2013, following abortive attempts to gain a foothold in the 1960s and 1990s.

In its native US market, Dunkin’ operates more than 8,500 outlets in 41 states.
