More than 200 senior executives from within the UK coffee industry will converge on The Langham Hotel, London on 26 February 2016 for the annual Allegra UK Coffee Leader Summit.
Now in its eighth year, this leading industry event is dedicated to the UK coffee, café and food-to-go sector. The Summit provides the ultimate platform to develop knowledge, build relationships and drive business performance, combining a breakfast briefing with a series of personalised networking sessions and the insightful Summit conference itself.
The day will begin with a data-driven breakfast briefing from Allegra World Coffee Portal to introduce CoffeeTrack™, the definitive consumer panel dedicated to the coffee shop market. CoffeeTrack is the most detailed and comprehensive coffee shop visitor tracking study to date. These respected industry leaders will discuss and debate how the coffee sector can improve the customer experience, exploring how coffee quality, economic factors and technology are affecting coffee shop expansion and consumer consumption habits.
