Starbucks rolls out Nitro Cold Brew in the UK

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – Starbucks Coffee Company has today launched Nitro Cold Brew on tap at its Starbucks Reserve Store in London, UK.   The UK is the first European market to see the introduction of Nitro Cold Brew in Starbucks stores and the company plan to roll out the product to a further 100 UK stores by summer 2017.

The announcement follows the successful UK nationwide launch of Starbucks Cold Brew in 2015 and marks the next phase of cold coffee innovation for Starbucks in Europe by ‘offering consumers a wider choice.’

‘This is an entirely different kind of cold coffee experience – one we think will revolutionize the category and the way our customers think about our cold coffee menu,’ said Maria Sebastian, Senior Vice President Brand, Starbucks EMEA. ‘London is one of the most competitive coffee markets and so we’re delighted to bring this to our customers here first, with plans to bring it to more stores around the country this summer.’

Starbucks first launched Nitro Cold Brew in the US in 2016 and has since rolled out the product to select stores in Canada and China.
