Minnesota-based Dunn Brothers Coffee has appointed former Black Rifle Coffee Company Chief Operating Officer Scott Harvey as its new President. 
 

The Minnesota-based coffee chain, which operates 52 stores across seven US states, said Harvey will lead franchise development and oversee the implementation of Dunn Brothers Coffee’s smaller format and drive-thru stores. 
 

“The stage is set for Dunn Brothers to reach its full potential, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work on this incredible brand and navigate it through an ambitious growth phase. Amid a thriving coffee segment, Dunn Brothers has carved out a distinct niche with its premium coffee and food positioning, dynamic store experience and modernised operations. We are ready to share the experience with more communities,” he said. 

Harvey joins Dunn Brothers Coffee from 100-store fast-casual concept Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery, where he served as President and CEO. He held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer at Black Rifle Coffee Company from September 2018 until July 2021. 

In September 2022, Los Angeles-based private equity firm Gala Capital Partners acquired Dunn Brothers Coffee for an undisclosed sum.
