Behind the 5 To Go brand are Radu Savopol and Lucian Bădilă, the two co-founders who in 2015 had the vision to use a unique fixed price concept and change perceptions in the Romanian coffee market.

After consolidating the business in the Romanian HoReCa segment, the time for expansion has arrived. In 2021, 5 To Go entered the retail segment with a RTD coffee range consisting of three varieties: Espresso Macchiato, Cappuccino Macchiato and Latte Macchiato.

Next, 5 To Go will enter new international markets. In a partnership with Donuterie, the 5 To Go Coffee Corner concept was launched in France, Belgium, and the UK in summer 2021. New markets are targeted for the coming months, with Bulgaria and Slovenia already in the planning phase and other countries in discussion and seeking local development partners.

5 To Go’s global business model has been designed to perfectly fit international markets, keeping simplicity as success factor – a fixed price with progressive approach – from €1-5. The concept is in keeping with 5 To Go’s formula for success: proximity, simplicity, experience, and differentiation in terms of image and communication.

This is a business to keep an eye on, with big dreams and the potential to become a benchmark in terms of entrepreneurship and HoReCa expansion in the future.
